OUR GOAL
THE VINEYARDS IN FOCUS
In the cellar, we work to ensure the character of the vineyard remains distinct. We give the wines time on the lees and intervene only when necessary. Much of what we do comes from observation, not a fixed formula. We use oak as a space for the wine to breathe, not as a source of flavor; our decisions are made deliberately and are guided by the unique nature of each vintage.
Our goal is to avoid masking the essentials. Limestone, wind, and the nuances between individual plots should remain distinct—clear, precise, and without distortion.
